Bangladesh High Court Victory

On June 8 the Bangladesh High Court issued a rule nisi requiring the Bangladesh government to show why civil and judicial service hiring rules that excluded applicants with disabilities should not be declared unconstitutional.
The lawsuit has been supported by HPOD disability human rights extern Hezzy Smith.
